There are three fenugreek tricks:
Mix a quarter cup of fenugreek powder with a little bit of water to make a paste. Apply the paste on your breasts and massage gently. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes and then rinse it. Try this twice daily for best results. To make your own fenugreek powder, dry roast and then grind fenugreek seeds.
Another option massage your breasts with fenugreek oil daily. Or you can use a mixture of one part fenugreek extract and two parts body lotion.
Just include fenugreek sprouts in your diet. You can also take fenugreek pills three times a day.

4. FENNEL SEEDS

Fennel seeds are another seed that increases your breasts’ dimension and firmness. It also helps nursing mothers with milk production. The trick is that fennel increases estrogen production.
Heat one tablespoon of cod liver oil with two teaspoons of fennel seeds in a pan. Let the seeds turn red. Strain the oil and allow it to cool. Gently massage your breasts with the oil, for up to 10 minutes. Allow it to sit for 30 minutes, then wash it off with warm water. Do this remedy twice daily for one or two months.
You can also drink a cup of fennel tea daily. To make fennel tea, steep one teaspoon of fennel seeds in a cup of hot water for about 10 minutes and then strain it.

5. RED CLOVER

Another herb with phytoestrogens, which are believed to naturally increase the size of your breasts.Add 1-2 teaspoons of dried red clover flowers to one cup of hot water.
Let steep for 30 minutes.
Strain and drink this tea two or three times a day.
You can use this remedy for a few months, or just keep drinking red clover tea.

6. PUERARIA MIRIFICA

A study shows pueraria mirifica can increase breast size by up to 80 percent. The herb contains phytoestrogens like deoxymiroestrol, miroestrol and genistein, which are lead to the healthy development of your body, as well as your breasts.
You can find pueraria mirifica in the market in topical creams, gels, soaps or in oral capsule and tablet forms. The recommended oral dosage is 250 mg twice daily. For topical products, apply it to the breast area twice daily for 3-5 minutes or until fully absorbed. These treatments should be followed for about three months to achieve the desired result.

7. WHEAT GERM OIL
